和泰賓館我第一次體驗，感覺非常好，房間空間大，床也大，乾淨整潔，價格實惠，能免費開發票，賓館下面還有免費停車場，個人覺得不錯，值得推薦。

攜程上預訂的雙人間，賓館説少付了幾元錢，給了個大床房，在我們要求按訂單住房後，換成5樓雙床房，沒有電梯。房間的桌子櫃子厚厚的灰塵，我們自己動手擦了好久。床上汗臭味太大，聞了整夜的汗臭味。房子臨大街，窗户竟然沒有窗簾。床頭電插孔沒電，手機沖不了電。房間無wifi，問服務員説是5樓過道有wifi ，結果還是用不了。最令人失望的是房門無法鎖，出門離開房間鎖不了門。服務員還説沒關係。
早上離開時，我們的車被別人的車堵住，找服務員，服務員也沒去停車地看，就叫我們打人家車上的電話，可人家車上衹有廣告電話，打過去沒人接聽。我們找附近社區的工作人員，人家告訴我們應該去街上找酒店旁邊的商店。我們去找到商店的人，請他們挪一下車，商店的人出來和我們一起下到後面的停車地，將車挪走。這過程和泰賓館的人沒人管，與他們無關。
多年在攜程訂住宿，這次是最差的，不知攜程上這家低劣的賓館是如何被評上4.5分的，是攜程騙人還是攜程被騙？
