In the end, the on-duty supervisor on site did not give a satisfactory decision-making plan. Because it was close to 2 o'clock in the morning, we temporarily arranged to change a room to rest and wait for the hotel to reply us after negotiation. At 2:30 pm, the hotel privately decided to deal with the 20% discount on the room rate. This should not be the service of the best local hotel. The worst hotel accommodation experience.."
