過年也住過設施很新。

女人脱光了去洗澡，結果沒有熱水，電話到前台，派一男保安上來，説要進入衞生間看看才行，不相信沒有熱水，説了有人脱光在衞生間不方便，還在説不看怎麼知道沒有熱水，衞生差，床單上脹脹的，有圖有真相！
在辦理入住時，發現我們很久之前住過，就要求拿我手機給上次點好評！我之前一直不點好評肯定有我道理，辦理入住時一時礙於面子給他點了好評就後悔！入住更少一肚子氣。
