熱水器不好用，洗澡到一半的時候就沒有熱水，後半段衹能洗涼水澡。在微信上預訂酒店，平台顯示瓶裝水是免費的，退房時前台説從來不是免費，提醒大家在訂房間時，不能單看平台顯示酒店承諾，還需要打電話或當面説清楚，以防上當。
