Facilities: The facilities are complete and there are many hot spring pools, but the temperature is not stable. Some hot springs have very low temperatures, and some are so hot that they are scalding.
Hygiene: The room is quite clean, but the bathtub in the room is not very clean. It is recommended to use a disposable bathtub cover.
Environment: The environment is okay

酒店環境挺不錯的，温泉和宣傳的不一樣衹開放了幾個池一下就逛完了根本不值得來，小童樂園和童話小鎮也是小的離譜沒有可玩性。晚上淋了雨回來酒店整棟樓直接停電了，酒店解決態度一點也不積極全程沒有提出過補救/賠償方案，電話裏説馬上能修好結果到第二天退房都還沒來電，客人扛着行李從五樓自己走下來。早餐巨難吃沒東西吃。想來的親們慎重考慮

這是我住過最差的 400 元檔位的酒店。裝修設施還不如快捷酒店。除了住宿的其他設施都要坐電瓶車去天一温泉本部。我訂房的時候兩邊差價就 100+，建議大家還是訂天一温泉本部。

天一温泉清祥和酒店就是欺騙消費者，不是天一温泉酒店，叫斯維登度假公寓，進來房間裏面的樓層安全是斯維登度假公寓，連民宿都不如，房間裏也沒有電話，吃早餐還要爬900多米上去吃早餐，洗衣房也是要爬900多米上去，連前台聯繫方式也沒有入住還要交500按金，看清楚了再定房間，

酒店在温泉區內，有電車接送，房間比較簡陋，房間廁所配有温泉池，温泉區很不錯，池子很豐富，很好玩。酒店離冠豸山很近，去玩住一晚也是不錯的選擇

酒店不乾淨，榻榻米上面全是灰，晚上睡覺半夜被癢醒，身上大片的紅點點，樓下服務員搞一句可能是蟎蟲叮咬。。。。連最基本的衞生都弄不好。

酒店服務還是很不錯的，
衞生：浴室有個大浴缸十分乾淨，就是整個空間有點小

服務：服務員挺周到，上山都有電瓶車接送

設施：房間還會有一個榻榻米，用來喝茶，衣櫃空間很大，就而且榻榻米下面還有櫃子空間收納很不錯，

環境：有需要的可以選靠山的房間十分安靜，而且每天還能聽到鳥叫，早上起來拉開窗簾，看看綠色的植物十分舒爽

1.房間户型很好，兩個房間是隔開的，有3張小床1張大床，還有2個衞生間，很方便，泡池也有兩個，靠外面的泡池大小合適，需要改善的地方是可以把淋浴間和泡池分開，這樣更乾淨清楚一些。
2.需要吐槽的是早餐，食材不新鮮，水煮蛋的蛋白都是黃色的，有奇怪的味道，地瓜粥裏面還有沒有化開的飯糰，作為4星酒店餐飲連快捷酒店的都比不上。
3.温泉區還是挺大的，體驗感還可以。
