春節帶父母出遊，訂了三人間，房間不是很大。用的是電加熱的熱水器，我們並不知道，結果第一個人洗完，第二個人洗到一半就沒熱水了，問了老闆才知道是電加熱的不能連着洗。所以建議最好房間裏有個提示，否則洗到一半沒熱水容易感冒，尤其是對於長者孩子來説。周邊吃飯的地方很少，不提前預訂就不給吃，事先並不知道是這種情況

老闆服務周到。我們還未到店時，房東主動電話聯繫，關心我們何時入住，到店後，積極引導我們停車。因晚飯時段門口車位緊張,老闆主動幫我們在門口有車位時把車移到門口便捷的地方；房間打理得很整潔，睡得很舒適；老闆對遊玩地點、交通出行、特產購買、早餐就餐都積極提供建議；聽説我要買客家米酒，把自己珍藏三年的米酒也以遠低於市場的價格轉給我。

完全出乎意料。賓館是老闆自己買下來的，所以很用心，房間很大而且床品很舒服，熱水及時很舒服，空調格里的（反應有點慢）。而且夫妻倆很熱情都會叫着大家下樓喝茶，離冠豸山很近，老闆早上上班剛好把我們開車捎過去，特別感謝。連城大多是小賓館，但這家很新，周圍吃飯也都不遠，推薦！
