"During the Qingming Festival holiday, I booked a late-night stay at Lavande Hotel because it was fully booked. My expectations weren't high, but I was surprised to find that Lavande Hotel is managed by Jinjiang Group. The penthouse suite was fairly clean and the price wasn't expensive. Because I arrived late, the front desk even called ahead to open the windows for ventilation, and there was no smell of smoke. However, the room lighting was a bit complicated. The breakfast could be improved; there was no coffee, and the food wasn't replenished promptly, so I just had a bowl of porridge and some pickled vegetables."

"We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops nearby. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. The only challenge was the check-in process. As foreign travellers in China, it took quite a while, and the staff seemed unfamiliar with the registration procedure for international guests. One staff member kindly tried to communicate with us in English, and everyone was friendly and genuinely did their best to help. However, we had to return from our room to the reception desk several times before everything was completed. Despite this, the staff remained patient and courteous throughout. We understand that international guests may not be very common here. In the end, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel."
