The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

The stay is great, the hotel staff took care of me on my last day when i fell really sick. Really appreciate the concierge staff!

not much choice in restaurants

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

I stay here almost every time I go to Lhasa. The hotel is very cost-effective. I want to praise the housekeeper Chloe Yuzhen, who is very responsible and enthusiastic. She basically responds to requests at any time and is very efficient. At the same time, she can take the initiative to ask guests about their needs, which is rare.

Every time I come to Lhasa, I really don't want to leave. This time, I chose St. Regis for the last night and stayed another night. The housekeeper Nancy was very warm and thoughtful. Seeing that I was uncomfortable, she provided an oxygen concentrator and plenty of mineral water. On the last night, the temperature dropped and she arranged for a master to turn on the heater in time (the room is large and heating is very important). During the stay, breakfast was specially prepared with some local specialties. The overall experience was good. I will come again next time~ In addition: the bathtub water is clean and not yellow, and the books in the room are very good, which increases knowledge~

The building is very distinctive and grand. The waiter enthusiastically carried the luggage to the room when entering and leaving the hotel, and moved it to the car when delivering it. It generally meets the intercontinental standards. The diffused oxygen supply is in place and the humidifier is also good.

InterContinental is still the same style as before. However, there are still some differences between this paradise and the mainland, such as no gym and swimming pool, and no balcony in the room. The service standard is kept high. The housekeeper Nancy contacted me early and asked about my well-being. I am very satisfied. I hope InterContinental will do better and better!
