akillzzThe bedding at Atour is quite good, but the service is just so-so. They upgraded my room for free, and it's fairly spacious. I'd say it's neither good nor bad, just average. The price doesn't really match the decor.

During these few days in Lhasa, I really felt the feeling of home in this Atour
First of all, every young man and woman at the front desk is young and enthusiastic. They can respond to any needs very actively and quickly.
I used my membership points to exchange for a good night milk for my child. In the next few days, as long as our family returns to the hotel, the thoughtful staff will specially bring us a cup of warm milk.
Secondly, it is very troublesome to wash clothes on a long trip. But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy
The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

The hotel's location is right in the middle of Barkhor Street, making it easy to walk to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, both about 600 meters away. The breakfast was delicious, and the uncle who cooked the noodles was incredibly warm and helpful, even giving us directions to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. There are plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel, as well as the Lhasa Department Store, which also has good food upstairs. Getting a taxi from the entrance is very convenient. The area around the hotel has many government buildings, so security is also very good.

Guest UserI stayed for four days, so here are my impressions.
Check-in: The staff were very welcoming at first, offering hot tea and trying to upsell me by scanning a QR code to upgrade to a premium membership. Since I mainly use Ctrip, I declined, and their attitude immediately turned sour. Over the next few days, most staff greeted guests, but there were exceptions.
Accommodation: The room was very dusty. Because I'm allergic to dust mites, my nose and eyes started itching shortly after checking in.
Atour's air conditioning has a peculiar wake-up call service: The air conditioner occasionally made strange noises during the day, but this wasn't a big problem (I have video evidence, which I can provide if needed). The most absurd thing was that on the day of departure, at 5 AM, the air conditioner started making strange noises, earlier than my 6 AM alarm! This was probably an extra service; thank you Atour for the thoughtful wake-up call!
The room was well-stocked with water and toiletries, and the room cleaning staff deserve praise!
The bedding was a bit firm; my friend and I prefer softer bedding, so it wasn't very comfortable.
Laundry: I used it once. While the clothes were drying, I left a note asking the staff to retrieve them. They did put them in a bag, but the clothes were still damp when they were put in the bag, including a pair of thick jeans. Hotels I've stayed at before would tumble dry the clothes again, which might be an extra service. This Atour didn't offer that, but they did put them in a bag for me.
Generally, it's fine for a one- or two-day stay. If you're looking for better service, you might need to check out a few more hotels.
