View is good. Hard to access w/o a car. Front desk can help book private car transfer from/to Milan, and boat tours. Service is disappointing. We’d like to have extra bottles of water to our room. But they can’t send to our room, instead we hv to go to restaurant ourselves to get one

The hotel and staff were amazing, we loved our stay at Filario. The only downside was powdered eggs for breakfast and if you wanted genuine eggs it was 8 euro per egg. If breakfast is not your thing or you don’t mind paying extra this was a beautiful experience.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of a wonderful holiday. This was the perfect end to our memory packed tour. Accommodation in the apartment was spacious, comfortable and ideal. The food in the main Hotel was exceptionally good as was the service. The location served us well being lakeside and with good access to transport links. A sense of calm tranquility enhanced our stay despite being so very close to all of the bustling lakeside towns. The weather was awful. We did not care.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. They are arrogant and difficult. We felt trapped there. It is impossible to get around without being gouged. The room was dirty with bugs. Nothing about it is 4 or 5 star.

We've stayed at the Filario hotel three times and always enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent with a private beach. We stayed at the hotel and the residences. Both are excellent. The choice at the hotel restaurant is a bit limited, but there are very nice restaurants in the area.

This property is truly stunning, with breathtaking views that are hard to beat. Nestled in Lezzeno, it conveniently sits between the picturesque towns of Bellagio and Como. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The service was also top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, as a first-time visitor to the area, I was caught off guard by the transportation challenges we encountered. While transportation in this region of Italy is generally on the pricier side, staying in a less populated area like Lezzeno made it even more so. The hotel primarily recommended private transfers, either by car or boat, to get to other destinations. This added a layer of complexity and expense that I hadn't anticipated. Additionally, the food options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were quite limited. This made dining choices somewhat restrictive, especially when we wanted to stay close to the property. Despite these challenges, the beauty and serenity of Hotel Filario made for a memorable stay. That said, for my next visit, I will likely choose to stay in either Bellagio or Como to ease the transportation and dining concerns.

The minute we walked in to Filario, we knew our stay would be amazing. The hotel is very clean, concierge service is terrific and the amenities surpassed our needs. The lakefront views of Lake Como directly from your room are unmatched. Definitely would return to this property.
