A so so place.
The check in process spoiled a rather good stay. The rooms were clean and warm. The kid’s bed kept sliding back into the bunk. Just be aware that there is no restaurant service.
The hotel has spectacular views in the morning.

While we enjoyed the beautiful views at this hotel, we were extremely disappointed by the surprise fees that far exceeded the actual cost of the room. Upon checkout, we were charged for things we were never informed about, including a fee for the crib—something we've never been charged for at any other hotel, and it was never mentioned beforehand. On top of that, they automatically charged our card with outrageous fees, like 60 CHF for a towel that they claimed had stains. We were also hit with excessive "additional hours" cleaning charges that were billed at three times the average salary of a housekeeper. As frequent travelers, we've never encountered laundry or cleaning fees like these. We tried contacting the property to resolve the issue, but they responded with rude and unhelpful emails. Families and large groups should steer clear of this place. The hidden charges and poor customer service make it an experience I cannot recommend.

The location is easy to walk to town, staff is really accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

A good location. We did not enjoy all the skiing available as some sections were closed due to lack of snow and so it was busier than expected, but overall, it was well situated within a short walk of the shops, cafes and restaurants. the ski lift would have been a long walk up hill if you were carrying skis and in ski boots, so a car would be good

The resort was sufficiently far from the lifts to give us a good warm up before skiing although there was a free shuttle service offered by the club. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, there is a variety of room sizes available most are are roomy with more than aduequate equipment. We have experienced 1 room which was cramped for three adults but the staff moved us after the weekend to a much larger room

Après avoir fait plusieurs séjours par le passé j'y suis retourné récemment. Intérieur et extérieur vieillissant, oreillers sans consistence, serviettes de bains anciennes, couettes manquantes donc rapport qualité prix vraiment excessif, je n'y retournerai plus malgré que j'aimais bien cet endroit
