AArtpark Hotel Inn at Lewsiton

I have never been in such a filthy, nasty, dirty, horrible hotel in all my life I am from Cuba, and I have had bad experiences at some places, but this hotel should not be for rent; it should be demolished instead. The hotel is located in a very nice area, there are several restaurants around, and a downtown area where you can shop and walk around. There is also a beautiful park beside it. The hotel is 19 minutes away from the Niagara Falls State Park, New York, and it is also 20 minutes away from the Niagara Falls Outlet. The location is excellent, but the hotel is not. I am not so sure why the hotel is listed as a 3.5-star because it is not a 1-star. This hotel was a nice place that has deteriorated with time, and it has not been remodeled, which is not the worst. The hotel is not a clean place, there is not breakfast on site, the costumer service is none and the dirt of the place is indescriptible beside the smells and the dirty pillows, towells carpet, bathroom,( we found a dirty sock in the batroom) You can not open the window so you have to smell the dirt until the air condition, and the odorbam's Spray do their thing I emptied 2 bottles of OdorBan desinfestan spray and a bottle of bug spray in the room There is no elevator to go to the room, and the reception and surrounding areas are disgusting. There are a few lights outside the property, and there is no light on the sign outside, so we missed the entrance the first night. We were 3 women, and the first night we did not feel safe there. I made a mistake in booking the reservation through an independent agency, and I could not cancel my reservation. I do not recommend this hotel, and the pictures that they showed online are not the reality of the place.

First picture on ******* listing was continental breakfast, but when I arrive, there was sign saying no breakfast available in front desk person said they had not updated the website yet.

Don't do it!! The room smelled like smoke. The desk clerk offered to spray the room with Fabreeze. The bathroom floor was filthy. I mopped it with a towel. The toilet base was filthy. I washed it with handiwhipes. We finally decided this Hotel was not properly maintained. When we asked the front desk guy about canceling he said he couldn't do that. When i asked for the owners contact information i was told, he couldn't give that out. He doesn't talk to anybody. When i asked for his first name he said, I'm not allowed to give that out. This place is disappointing. The ceiling had water leaks. The carpets where filthy. I realize it's an inexpensive motel, but thats no excuse for not being clean and maintained.

The bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The toilet had urine on the back of it, mildew inside the toilet bowl, and the shower was grungy. The bedspreads could use washing.

Are AC unit was very loud. The room had a weird smell to it. Front desk you had to call if ypu wanted anyone. Our bathroom door didn't shut very well. The bed is very uncomfortable and room is small. The town is something else you can walk to anything you wanted lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Only a 15 min drive down to Niagara falls!! People from this town our very nice and social.
