No other hotel in the area comes close to this place. Everything from the clean and beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast and an incredible staff ,especially Samantha who was so kind and courteous to all our needs. This by far is the best and only place to stay when visiting the awesome town of Lewiston !

Good location, big rooms. Parking is a nightmare. Building is in need of maintenance. Stayed 10 days, they “ cleaned” once.

Spacious rooms and great location near the river and within walking distance of many Lewiston amenities. However, the facility is filthy and in desperate need of a deep clean and some TLC.

My wife and I liked this hotel. We initially came to attend a conference, and stayed for a few extra days. Our room was large and clean. There was a large corner table that provided more than adequate work space. The king bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We had a corner room on the fourth floor, with plenty of windows and light. And most important of all, the nights were quiet. Even though there were weddings, graduations, and school trips going on, there was no problem sleeping at all; No noise in the halls, no loud partiers, no loud traffic outside. We may never slept so well in a hotel. The building is a little older, but well maintained. There is a nice free breakfast each morning, featuring both small items (yogurt, bagels, danish, etc.) and eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cold cereal, juice, milk, coffee, tea and similar items. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Multiple restaurants, pastry shops, breweries, etc. were easily walkable. I am a fisherman, and had no problem catching smallmouth bass from the dock that's, perhaps, a 250 yard walk from the hotel (from what I'm told, the same dock regularly provides walleye, steelhead, lake trout, and even the occasional muskellunge). We weren;t fortunate enough to have a room facing the river, but given how the hotel is situated, those rooms must have a beautiful view. Conference facilities were adequate. But there were some minor warts, as well. Probably the biggest of those was the parking. There is almost no parking on premises. Additional parallel parkin is available immediately across the street, but can only accommodate 12-15 vehicles. One that is filled, it is necessary to park at the bottom of the hill near the river. It's only a brief walk, but it would be nicer to park closer to the hotel. Other minor complaints include slow wi-fi, particularly at those hours when a lot of people are checking their emails (it can be almost impossible to access the internet between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., as well as in late afternoon), and even though at least some of the rooms have refrigerators (ours did, but I don't know whether all rooms do) the refrigerators do not include freezers. As Lewiston borders the Niagara River and is close to Lake Ontario, both excellent fishing spots, this is something anglers should be aware of; we had to ask someone we knew who lived nearby to store/freeze some salmon fillets from fish that we caught, because we could not keept them at the hotel. But those are relatively minor points. We hope to return to Lewiston in the not too distant future, and when we do, we'll return to Niagara Crossing. It is a very pleasant place to stay.
