Clean and quiet. Good customer service. Front desk staff spoke as we came and went, making sure that we had everything we needed. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is a good location hotel in Lewiston. Check-in was easy and the parking lot is right there and convenient. The rooms were good, and breakfast is your typical Hampton Inn breakfast. There are several dinner spots you can walk to, making your stay easier. I would likely recommend not to pick too low of a room on the north side of the property. It's close to traffic and the bridge and could get loud.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Brittney at the front desk—she truly went above and beyond during my recent stay. On the morning of Sunday, August 3rd, I called in after a less-than-pleasant experience with an offshore reservation representative. For context, I have first-hand experience working with Cognizant in the Philippines and regularly connect with management in their call centers. I deeply respect the work these teams do, which is why it was difficult for me to ask to speak with someone stateside. As they say, everything happens for a reason—and that’s what led me to Brittney. She was professional, welcoming, and embodied everything I associate with the Hilton brand. When I arrived later that afternoon, she happened to still be on duty and greeted me with a warm smile and a sincere apology for the earlier experience. To my family’s surprise and delight, when we entered our room, we found a personalized handwritten card and a thoughtful care package waiting for us. That simple gesture was the icing on the cake and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Too often, people are quick to call out what goes wrong—I wanted to make sure Brittney gets the recognition she deserves for doing things right. Please pass along my appreciation and gratitude. She made a lasting impression on me and my family, and is a true asset to your team.

Spider infestation in the room they first assigned to me. I left for the evening for a company dinner at my office, and returned a couple hours later. I was going on 3-4 hours of sleep and couldn’t wait to go to sleep. I pulled the currents closed, went into the bathroom and when I came back out, there was a large spider on the ceiling. I called the front desk and asked if someone could come and kill it. She told me to take a picture and that they would come up to me shortly. They arrived and soon after that, a second spider showed up and was even bigger, and if that wasn’t bad enough, a third spider showed up too. The guy took care of the spiders and I asked if I could have a new room because there has to be more. The lady was very kind and friendly. Asked if this was my first time staying there and I said yes. They moved me to the other side of the hotel. The new room was clean and had no spiders.

Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it.

Great Staff
Hilight was the hotel staff from the front desk, to the maids and breakfast servers they all get an A+. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms facing the street a little noisy and had to move rooms to parking lot side. Downside was cost. Expensive for what it is but little option elsewhere.

Check in was quick and convenient. I needed to change my room type and they were very accommodating. Staff were friendly and great breakfast options.
