You can go across the road through the tunnel, through the forest and pass the University of Leuven to Arenberg Castle."

"I wanted somewhere as a base for travelling, I usually stay in Liège but because of the recent news of rail strikes opted for Leuven (bus as an alternative to Bruxelles). My apprehension for staying in Flandres with the language (I don't speak Dutch) dissipated quickly upon arrival at the hotel. I found the staff wonderful. The hotel itself is close to the station and a short walk to the town. My room was on the second floor, no lift but you only carry your suitcase up the stairs once. My room, a single, was a decent size with a separate lavatory and a shower actually in the room: sounds bizarre but the layout works well. Breakfast was a buffet affair and in my opinion very good, considering the price paid. I should add that hot water takes a long time to reach the tap, so long at first I thought there wasn't any hot water at all, the same with the shower."

"First, a clean place, the location really is central. They help you if you want anything from the reception. You can leave a washroom and a bag. I haven't had any trouble with the lift. It's not a place like the hotel, it's like home. In hot air rooms are really very hot, especially in the upper floors there are no air conditioning, nor windows are opened, perhaps you can open as a finger. I had a lot of trouble in hot airs while I was in the room, I couldn't sleep from the heat. There was a small fan but it was never enough. I never recommend it, especially in hot airs."
