房間不錯，房東也熱情，但小區建設的太差勁了，這小區入住率不高，每棟樓上都沒有樓號，地庫裏更沒有對應的樓號了，找4號樓找了好久，整個小區裏都沒人，想問問具體樓號都問不到，最後從地庫隨便坐了一部電梯上來，到一層一看這棟樓就跟荒廢的一樣，到處是塵土和蛛網，得虧跟我爸一起上來的，給我倆嚇夠嗆，又回地庫了；第三晚想去門口三貝碼頭遛彎就沒開車，直接坐電梯到1層，想着溜達出去，一出樓門整個小區烏漆嘛黑一片竟然連個路燈都沒有，我們又被嚇回屋裡了，就沖這配套不會再住了，嚇人

設施不完善，沒有無線網，沒有電視遙控器，看不了電視，冰箱不能用，因為周邊沒有插座。廚房沒有鍋，廚房插座也不能用，因為被抽煙機擋住了，伸不進去。曬衣架也沒有，後來要才給找來幾個。
