民宿行業整體和酒店比，受限於規模，專業度。一旦出現問題很容易經營者無法解決，或者不願意解決的情況。很多經營者也都是轉租，本身做好的意願也不強。這家就是經營者沒什麼解決問題，處理問題的能力。這家，孕婦、小童、長者、易過敏者慎重選擇！！！
整體來説小區不錯，應該是想比照阿那亞建立一個海景社區，但是畫虎不成反類犬了，21年來過，整體配套還行，現在小區的好多配套都出租出售了，衹能算是個風景不錯的海景房小區了。因為不是旺季停車位很充足，周邊買東西基本日用品也還行。

房間收拾得非常乾淨，設施也很齊全，洗漱用品也一應俱全。從陽台窗户就能看見海，晚上還有放煙花的。老闆姐姐特別熱情，給我們推薦了好吃又便宜的餐館，還有買東西又全又便宜的地攤大集。雖然第一次來拉唯那，姐姐的熱情一下子就讓我找到回家的感覺。親戚朋友再去拉唯那我一定還推薦這家😁
