Fairfield Inn & Suites Lethbridge

The hotel is easy to find and it's very clean. The staff is very friendly when we check in that day. Breakfast is good but maybe the hotel will change it a bit. The hotel is always serving the same hot food anywhere you checked in. Maybe a little bit of a change???

I am as loyal as there ever is. I am and have been a Diamond Elite Member at Holliday Inn Express and associate hotels. Figured time for an upgrade to the great Marriott Chain. Stayed at a few different properties prior and were ok enough to keep trying. However when we came to stay at the Fairfield in Lethbridge has caused me to end my relationship with Mariott. Room was booked through my account on Bonvoy App which coincidentally doesn't work and was told to uninstall and reinstall......thanks tips. When my spouse checked in she put her the room and all charges on her cc. You would think the Front desk attendant would realize, hmmm uhm room is already paid in full by your husband's card. Nope let's take another $560 from your card. Fast forward 24hrs when it was noticed....oh sorry sir the charges will be returned in 7 to 10 business days. In the meantime it's the 1st of the month and they are earning intrest, I will be paying intrest on MONEY that should have never ever been charged. They have tied up $1000 of my money I am a nobody, they will never ever do anything to correct it cause I don't matter. However let it be known every time someone mentions Marriott or associate hotels i will bring this up. I asked them to reach out but you all k own never will happen. As for the room, the remote doesn't work, stains on the wall and dead bugs under the light. You would think for 450 for 2 nights it would be a touch cleaner. Stay at the Hamptons or anywhere but here
