Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge Southeast

Good location. A new and clean hotel in Lethbridge. Loved the front desk service.

Our stay in this hotel was made memorable by the excellent staff, who were both friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. They were very friendly and happy to help and recommend things to do etc and on return ask how the day went. The hotel was well cared for, with all the common areas clean, tidy and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was fine. We had a standard room which was very clean and also spacious. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. It had a fridge, a coffee machine and a safe. There was no kettle in the room but a quick call to reception and one was provided with a smile. The air con worked well and wasn’t noisy. There was ample car parking and the location was very easily accessible from any direction making day trips out to the various attractions very easy.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge for three nights during our Alberta road trip, and it turned out to be a great jumping-off point for exploring southern Alberta. From here we were able to visit Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park, Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, the Alberta Birds of Prey Centre, and even make the drive to Waterton Lakes National Park. The hotel worked really well for our family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for the four of us. The kids loved the pool and waterslide, and the complimentary breakfast made it easy to fuel up and head out each morning. Having a gas station right next door was convenient, and there’s a Safeway nearby which made stocking up simple. The staff were super attentive throughout our stay — friendly, helpful, and always checking in to make sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out. This isn’t a luxury property, but it delivers exactly what you’d want from a Holiday Inn Express: clean, reliable, family-friendly, and in a convenient location. We’d happily stay here again.
