Fine stay. On the main ***** in Lethbridge so close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and quiet. We had a very early check out and the staff was very accommodating with putting out some breakfast early for us.

The property is fine, except that the water pressure in the bathroom can be higher than it is set. Also, the drainage for the bathtub appears to be restricted. When taking a shower, the tub is flooded to about an inch from the bottom. Quite disgusting feeling for one taking a shower.

The room was dirty and disgusting, and the smell was horrible. I had already paid the bill; that’s why we stayed there.

Housekeeping was adamant about being on top of cleaning, and breakfast was decent with waffle maker, toast and coffee station. Would like a few more hot food options like sausage or eggs. Lobby had a water station and laundry which were both convenient. Stayed as a solo woman and felt very safe during entire stay!

Front desk staff and supervisor were very friendly and accommodating.
Property is older, well maintained and clean.
Room was a bit warm overnight even with air conditioner running.
Would definitely stay again at this motel.

Staff was friendly. Room had had some renos done, but they definitely could have been better. For the price it was as OK place to stay.
