The hotel is in a convenient location in the old town, with parking. That is why we chose it. But we had a lovely friendly welcome at reception with clear instructions for access to secure parking within the hotel property. Our room was comfortable with a very modern shower and a charming view of the buildings and roofs of the old town. It was easy to walk through the lanes with shell murals to the harbour, have dinner and return along the Remblai. Breakfast had everything we wanted, and was worth it just to enjoy it in the 19th century salon.

Arrived to find hotel locked and dark, no answer to the number provided, no information prior to arrival on hotel 'opening hours' and no response from requests for refunds.
Dreadful service.

Chambre avec balcon plus onéreuse mais vous n y allez pas et n ouvrez pas la porte fenêtre car pompe du spa 24/24 avec décibels bcp trop forts, insupportable donc, fenêtre fermée en permanence. Ce qui a été le plus décevant . Petit déjeuner peut mieux faire . En globalité mauvaise équilibre qualité/prix. On s attend à mieux comme détente, plutôt déçue. Personnel: 1 réceptionniste sur 2 plus attentif à vos attentes. Chambre propre. Je ne peux pas le recommander pour un hôtel SPA.

Très bonne communication pour notre arrivée et très bon accueil, belle salle pour le petit déjeuner. Situation parfaite de l’hôtel très proche du remblai. La chambre était calme et le lit confortable.

La chambre était trop petite par rapport au lit car il ne restait que 20 cm par rapport au mur pour se lever,la salle de toilette était elle aussi trop petite rapport ne permetant pas de se secher a l’interieur.qualité prix non valable

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner dans une magnifique salle avec de bons produits maison.
La literie à revoir et la VMC ne fonctionne pas ou mal...
Les serviettes de bain ne sèchent pas. Trop d'humidité dans la salle bain.
