The sofa bed was so bad that you felt metal pieces get deep in your back. We asked the hotel for another room or mattress but they only offered extra pillows which they never brought. We asked for another room on the 3rd night or a refund for that night and the hotel said “sure no problem, contact the 3rd party reservation company and when they contact us we’ll refund the 3rd night”. So 3 days after we’re back, the hotel refused the refund. Just a bunch of liars who don’t care about their customers. Don’t go there; if you an issue, they won’t help.
