Sehr kleine Zimmer, Bad teilweise nicht sauber. Das Schlimmste: Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer und im Bad ging nicht. Da sie nicht repariert werden konnte, drückte man uns einen Heizlüfter in die Hand, der zwar wärmte, aber so laut war, dass wir ihn nachts ausmachen mussten und wieder froren. Auch funktionierte der TV nicht richtig und blieb immer wieder minutenlang hängen oder es fehlte der Ton. Vermutlich lief er über das Internet, was nicht zuverlässig war.

Convenient and affordable option for skiing at Crans-Montana. Catch a free shuttle from funicular to hotel. Cry d’Este gondola is a 4 minute walk (in ski boots) up the hill. Some rooms include bunk beds, everything is clean, we’ll maintained and stylish. Helpful staff.
