Lennox Beach Resort

The location, cleanliness, and size were great. The only downside was the decoration, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Highly recommended!

Never again 65 steps straight up to your room. No lifts disgraceful.

Beautiful property - foliage very pretty and well kept. Pool clean, plenty of seating, lap pool and hot tub were nice addition to usual pool options. Did not eat at restaurant on site but always saw people in there. Location - off main street which was good, so easy to walk everything -grocery, restaurants,beach. Parking- safe and easy to access. Room 19 - quiet and away from pool noise. beds comfortable, plenty of space, large balcony with great table, small couch - would have liked a comfortable chair for lounging on. Kitchen supplies adequate. Bedrooms do not have Aircon units but do have ceiling fans - not a problem for out stay. Great stay and would return and recommend to others.

Firstly, I found the reception staff exceptional to deal with - welcoming on arrival; helpful when the room we had booked was more inaccessible than we were expecting; and also understanding when we had to cut our visit short by a couple of nights due to TC Albert. This family friendly resort appears to be very well managed, with pools, barbecues and pickleball court clean, central and in good order. Although we didn't eat at the onsite Chinese restaurant, it looked popular even on a night with quite poor weather. Now to the apartments ... I had booked online at short notice and requested a quiet room with a nice view. We were indeed allocated a room right up the back of the resort which definitely met these requirements. However, it was also quite a journey up a few flights of stairs from the underground carpark to the apartment (which was clean and had a great view, but was also tired and in need of a revamp). The novelty of the walk would have worn off pretty quickly so when I asked if there was a more accessible unit available, we were offered another close to the pool, pickleball court and restaurant which we took. This unit was also quiet and included a renovated kitchen and bathroom, but there was no real outlook; the living area/kitchen was dark; and there was no outdoor furniture. This unit could be improved by the addition of a skylight in the living area/kitchen; a ceiling fan in the living room; an air conditioner in the bedroom, and some outdoor furniture on the front and/or back patios.

Excellent location, close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Resort has everything you would want. Swimming pool area amazing.
