We found what I think was a bed bugs in one of the beds. We left immediately and found other lodging. I am waiting to hear about getting a refund

Accueil pas désagréable du tout pour notre arrivée" tardive" de 18h00. Effectivement à cette heure personne pour nous accueillir, les clés étant dans la boîte au lettre. De même, oublier un éventuel check out, personne pour donner son ressenti sur le séjour. Établissement fantôme en soit. Pour 100euros la nuit de 2personnes, on a la chance d'avoir le droit de faire son lit soit même, et de le défaire le lendemain. C'est agréable, au moins on est sûr qu'il est bien fait (cf photo)! Si nous n'avons pas eu de problème de bruit avec un éventuel personnel, c'est autre chose, l'insonorisation du préfabriqué qui sert de local à dortoir étant très mauvaise nous avons eu la chance de partager notre nuit avec les groupes de la salle commune qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Très reposant en plein milieu de trek! En bref plus jamais, on a l'impression de donner 100euros dans le vent!

Wir waren als Schulklasse (30 Personen) zu Besuch. Die Mountain Lodge liegt optimal fünf Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Lenk entfernt. Der Umschwung der Lodge lädt zum Spielen ein. Tischtennis, Volleyball und vieles mehr. Die Einrichtung inkl. Küche (für Selbstversorger) ist zweckmässig und ausreichend. Vom Personal und der Geschäftsführung wurden wir im möglichen Rahmen unkompliziert unterstützt. Sei es bezüglich Entertainment-Systemen wie Beamer, TV und vielem mehr. Lieben Dank dafür und gerne ein weiteres Mal.

Die Unterkunft ist: Einfach. Unkompliziert. Sie liegt zentral. Gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist sauber. Hilfsbereite Reception mit allen wichtigen Infos. Lockere Atmosphäre. Mit Gästekarte viele Vergünstigungen und gratis ÖV.
