Everything was great. Pool was open and clean. Staff was friendly. but they only left one partially used roll of toilet paper for 2 days.

Sydney the front desk was so amazing. I walked in and it smelled so good. Our room was so clean and it was a very easy check in and breakfast was superb thank you guys so much see you soon

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Filthy dirty and everything I tried to use was broken. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. We checked in, the guy at the counter was not very friendly at all. Went up to our room and used the bathroom. You sit on the toilet seat and it slides off to the side. The comforter and blanket were very filthy. My husband went downstairs (there isn't an elevator in this hotel) and spoke with the man. He told me husband to bring all the bedding down to get clean ones. My husband took all the bedding down and the man had him follow him to the boiler room and told him to put the dirty clothes in the hamper. He then gave us a clean blanket and sheets (that were very stained and brown). Said they didn't have any clean comforters. I went downstairs to ask the guy if they had a rollaway bed (they do not.). At the counter was an elderly disabled retired army veteran checking in. He asked about a luggage cart and was told they don't have any (can't use them if there isn't an elevator). He then asked the guy how to get to his room without going down stairs. He was told to go to the very far end of the building and there wasn't any stairs, but it was the entire wrong end for where his room was. If we wanted to park near where his room was, there was just a couple stairs. I offered to help him get his luggage to his room. Turns out there were 2 stairs outside he had to go up, and a dozen stairs inside he had to go down . After helping him we went to the pool. A code was needed to enter the pool. The guy at the counter went and unlocked it while we changed. They don't provide pool towels so as we walked in by the desk I asked if we could get 3 extra towels. He told me to bring the dirty towels down before he would give me clean ones . I took them down and he took me to the boiler room where once again had to put them in the hamper myself . 2 of the 3 towels were full of holes . When I went down to the counter to exchange towels, I had to wait while a young girl in her twenties checked in. She had a small backpack and a small carry on case. When she was done checking in the guy at the counter told her that if she needed any help carrying her bags or anything at all, to let him know and he would carry it up for her. He couldn't help a disabled older veteran but could help a young girl he was trying to flirt with. Absolutely disgraceful. The tack ***** between the room carpet and bathroom tile had duct tape over, but was still sharp. I ripped my socks on it. The next morning at breakfast, there was a choice of oatmeal packets, toast and waffles. That was it. The girl working the counter that morning came in to make coffee and dropped the coffee pot lid on the floor. She picked it up and put it right back on the coffee. They also ran out of plates. She was even less friendly the guy the previous night . Only positive I can say is the bed and pillows were very comfortable

the bedding was dirty, the blankets the sheets everything had stains and spots that glowed under black light. The bed was a king mattress on a futon frame(metal barred folding couch) set on top of a wooden queen frame. The management /employees couldn't find clean linen to replace the dirty linen and we had to carry the nasty stuff downstairs before they would do anything. The room was supposed to sleep 3 but it only had a king bed, which they said should fit 3 people. The floors were dirty, unvacuumed. the mirror on the wall was hanging off, it appeared to be hot glued to the wall, but had come unglued. There were holes and scrapes in the drywall as well as drywall hanging off the ceiling. The shower curtain was dirty with greasy hand prints. The toilet seat fell off everytime I sat on it. The breakfast bar had 3 pieces of bread for toast, a waffle maker with no instructions and oatmeal or cereal with no bowls. They had only a couple plates but ran out. The employee dropped the coffee maker lid on the floor picked it up and put it right back on the decanter without even rinsing it off. The pool had no towels so we used the bath towels. The pool had two locks on it both from the outside. It was filled with dirt and debris and exiting the pool area was hard you had to fit your hand through bars about 6 feet from the ground and angle around to pop a latch to leave. It was an argument to get replacement towels and the towels were full of holes larger than my hand. The employees treated us like we were criminals counting every towel every sheet and doubting what they were told. There was a hole in the floor in the room and the only thing keeping us from falling though was the carpet. They had a huge light shining directly into the window so it was as bright as 3a.m. as it was during day time. The hotel hand numerous screens falling out bent up or missing from the windows.The smoke detector was directly over the bed flashing green and red all night. The AC worked great except it was rattling the entire time without something shoved against it and would make a loud thunk sound when it would shut down. The refrigerator was the exceptionally noisy. The bathroom had a green glow right above the counter top during the night but we were unable to find where it emanated from, it wasn't the GFCI plug. And there is no handicap accessibility. We watched an elderly disabled veteran get told he could walk down a couple stairs which turned out to be numerous stairs with his luggage at the end where his room was located or he could park at the opposite end of the hotel and not have to use any stairs but that they did not have a luggage cart for him to use and no help available. Immediately after he checked in a petite young female walked in minimal baggage and the clerk offered to carry her back pack and a small bag to a room a few feet from the desk on the 1st floor. Staff were kind and helpful. The microwave and alarm clock in the room were broken and the staff were quick to try and fix it, but they were unable to find a solution while we were there. They did have a microwave for us to use in the lobby, so it was a minor inconvenience. My main issue was that there were cockroaches in the breakfast room.
