The Place is great with clean room, no such smell, facilities are great, service are top notch, view are great, spacy place to explore, food are good too even thou not really variaty of choice but everything is great, best for the price, will comeback for sure, my family are really exicited and comfortable stay in here, great job

Lembang asri semakin melakukan banyak kemajuan. Front office baru. Kamar2 byk yg diperbaharui. Cuma untuk wifi signalnya masih kurang bagus. Air panas juga panasnya tidak stabil. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar junior suite. Untuk wifi mungkin bs ditambahkan, agar signal lebih bagus lagi. Air panas agar panasnya stabil. Pintu2 depan agar lebih diperhatikan ada yg perlu diperbaiki atau di cat ulang agar lebih bagus lagi. Utk toilet bisa diberikan pengharum/kamper biar tidak bau toilet, karena kamar saya bau toiletnya masuk ke kamar tidur. Selebihnya selalu puas nginep di lembang asri. Karena udara yg sejuk.

Anak sy selalu ingin kembali ke sini.
Suasana alamnya yg sejuk dan tenang,.juga sudah ada perbaikan layanan di area Resto.
Oh ya sedikit masukan, mohon perjelas dan batasi area Smoking.
Saya menginap di kamar non smoking. Tapi tamu kamar sebelah merokok di Teras, dimana asapnya
mengganggu ke teras saya.
Kami jadi tidak bisa bersantai di teras, karena bau asap rokok.

Our family was staying at Garden Suite, it's a 3 bedrooms accommodation with 2 bathrooms, small pantry and a living area. It was perfect for our 9 members of family (6 adults and 3 children ＜7yrs old). It was spacious enough and have terace to enjoy the chilling weather of Lembang. The public space for kid's was also awesome. Children playground, flying fox, atv ride, horse riding and swimming pool. The area quite hilly, enjoy a bit of hiking and walking around. This area also very near to Lembang Park and Zoo, around 5 minutes by car. Good choice for our family staycation.

Ours was a family trip. The resort has huge space, lot of outdoor facilities, SPA was really good, staffs at the Resort were very helpful and courteous. Overall we had a great stay. Swimming pool has warm and normal temperature water. Restaurant is also spacious and good b'fast buffet. A'la carte menu could be better range and is not enough.
