"The service was good. On the first day, it wasn't necessary to clean the room, but on the second day it was, because there were many construction workers at the hotel due to the catastrophe this January, and as you know, people come in work uniforms and boots and leave some dirt in the hallways, which is normal, and even if we wipe our feet, we end up dragging some of that dirt into our room. What is not normal is not cleaning up the dirt. Look at the photos of the room after cleaning and making the beds, look at the sheet on one of the beds that they didn't even bother to straighten, it was exactly as it was when I got up, and also look at the amount of dust and dirt under one of the beds. I spoke to a hotel manager who asked me if she wanted me to get a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the room, you know what time, around 10 pm, I was completely disgusted with this 3-star hotel, they say. I paid €200 for 3 nights, and the only thing they said to me was, "Sorry about that." I haven't seen such filth in a hotel, not even in Morocco. I had no intention of commenting on this hotel; I only did so because they sent me an email asking me to."
