Nice rooms nice reception good food

The rooms were cosy, clean, and looked new. The cleaners were great too. Each time they cleaned, they left the room like it was before check in. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. Free coffee too.

I'm writing a review for points. It's a good hotel, but can I make a batch review? I've stayed there multiple times.

Hotel on the outskirts of Leiria, quiet and well connected. Opened a year ago. All new.

We stayed there during the Portugal blackout and although we firmly believe it’s no one’s fault, B&B Fatima staff did not handle it well. We were told there was no way we could check in until the power came back on and eventually another girl came to take all our details manually and repeatedly saying “we trust you have a reservation”. We were given a room that did not have the “clean and sealed” sticker (all others around us had it) which led us to believe it was not ready to be used. At any point water, or anything else was offered to us. There was no toilet flush, power or shower water. We come to find out later in the day that B&B Fatima was the only hotel in the area with no generators. All other hotels were gathering guests in common areas offering water and snacks to make up for the HUGE inconvenience. We contacted the claims and complaints department and still haven’t heard anything (10 days now). Stayed there again as we already had booked a separate night (non refundable) and service was bland and poor but 2 starts for the clean on our second visit.

Well, it could be improved. The lack of glasses in the bathroom forces customers to brush their teeth with water placed in the palm of their hand. Ridiculous. To take an equal pill. Easy to change. We leave a warning at Reception upon departure. They informed that they will be superior orders. OK.

New hotel in Leiria (opened a few weeks ago). Good internet connection, free parking, and easy access to the highway. Perfect for business trips. Unbeatable value for money. Free covered outdoor parking. Very attentive and courteous staff. They even have a Chromecast option for streaming. I'll definitely stay again.

An unbeatable hotel in every way: cleanliness, service, and friendly staff… 100% recommended. Excellent breakfast with fresh juice and a variety of options. A bit far from the center, but still 10 minutes from everything. Parking at the hotel with direct access to the rooms.

Super happy. The hotel is very clean, both in the room and in the common areas. It offers water and coffee all day, typical of this hotel chain. The service is super friendly. It has free parking. It's pet-friendly and also offers a welcome gift for pets.

Hotel moderno e corredores lindíssimos. Quartos simples e minimalistas, gostei bastante. Staff / Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. Apesar de ter vista para a estrada, o pequeno almoço e estacionamento gratuito compensou o restante.
