"The room has nice, bed was comfy and it was a great location. The staff were friendly and always said hello. The only let down was the breakfast. Not much choice and over priced. Went down once at 10am and there were hardly any pastries etc compared to the previous day. And the scrambled eggs were solid and not nice, nothing was replaced during that season when I was there."

"Advantages: The room is clean and hygienic, the service staff takes out the trash and does simple cleaning every day; it is very close to Leiden Central Station, 3-5 minutes walk. There is AH to go in the train station and JUMBO and ALDI opposite, which is very convenient. The front desk speaks very good English and has a very good attitude. It happened to be New Year's Day, and the hotel also prepared candies and sweets like sugar cakes for guests at the front desk. Disadvantages: There is no heating, it will be a bit cold after taking a shower in winter; the water pressure of the shower is not enough, and the water of the shower is small; the lights are not bright enough, and the room is dark."
