"My youngest son & I stayed here on our visit to the national space centre.We travelled by bus from the town centre which was about 10 minutes travel.the bus stop is just outside the premier inn & across a road so very handy.we were very impressed with the outside of the building,it’s a lovely hotel .Everything was perfect in our room except I took a few hrs to get to sleep because of the noise of the air con sounding like a toilet being flushed & it also woke me during the night.I didn’t knock any stars off because our breakfast experience more than made up for it.Rutva & Indi we’re so friendly & welcoming they went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience wonderful,there a huge credit to premier Inn & my poached eggs were cooked to perfection"

"I booked this guest house expecting a cozy B&B experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Despite being advertised as a bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast provided—an essential part of the B&B promise. I had reserved a double room, but upon arrival, I was given two single rooms on separate floors. This was bizarrely described as a “bonus,” though it felt more like a logistical headache than a perk. One of the rooms had malfunctioning facilities, and in the other, the sound of the toilet flushing echoed constantly, making it difficult to relax or sleep. While the towels were soft, they had a dingy grey tinge that made them feel less than clean. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine B&B experience."

"We arrived at 5 as we had a party near by, our rooms still weren’t ready. We were told to wait 20 minutes and had a drink whilst waiting and 40mins later still not ready. So we left our bags I. The car and arrived back late. When we got into the room the pillow case was dirty"

"Expensive... £5.30 for a Pint, beer was nothing special and slightly cloudy. Other pubs close by in other villages that don't charge as much. If was normal prices would have stayed for more........... Shame really as is a nice pub. I guess as the only pub left in the village they think they can charge what they want."

"The response I received from the management of this facility this last visit was so unfriendly and to say the least very disappointing. Haven used this place twice in the past, it was obviously our preferred location visiting Leicester. I had sent out chats complaining that some of the heaters weren't working and that the TV set in the living room was not coming up. No response until I left. Sad!!!"
