The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the calm atmosphere—it felt like a proper break. The location was also ideal, close to Fosse Park and the motorway, but still peaceful. Overall, the Marriott Leicester felt like a perfect mix of comfort and class."

"Supposed to be a relaxing girls trip. Greeted (eventually) by a grumpy staff member who didn’t appear to know check in process, who then handed over to another member to take ‘jacuzzi deposit’ which we were assured would be a ‘held’ payment rather than taken. It’s was raining so staff didn’t seem keen to walk us to room saying ‘you know where it is’ Lo and behold the £150 ‘held’ payment was taken from account- despite numerous phone calls told it will take 8-10 days to hours back into the account- told this us the process- but it’s not as been before and didn’t happen and also not what is stated in t&cs Won’t be returning"
