Location Duplex Cap Ferret Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement qui est bien situé et assez conforme à l'annonce. En revanche nous avons été très surprises et déçues par l'ambiance générale imposée par le propriétaire. Dés la réservation et tout au long du séjour, nous avons ressenti une pression constante liée à des consignes très strictes, presque infantilisantes, concernant le ménage, la propreté et l'utilisation des lieux. Un véritable" manuel du parfait vacancier", avec des exigences qui vont bien au delà du raisonnable pour une location d'une semaine de séjour.Le plus troublant reste cette " visite de diagnostic " imposée un matin... Nous comprenons l'importance de respecter un logement, mais ce niveau de contrôle a clairement nui à notre tranquilité.Nous ne reviendrons donc pas à cet endroit.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und alles war so, wie beschrieben. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Möblierung war ok. Die Lage im Ort fantastisch: Gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand und 15 Minuten zum Markt und zur Einkaufsstraße. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut. Die Lage zwischen Atlantik und Bassin könnte nicht besser sein - beides ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der kaputte Wasserhahn im Bad, der offenbar leider auf die Schnelle nicht zu reparieren war... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit gut. Insgesamt also eine wirklich zu empfehlende Destination. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt am Cap Ferret sehr genossen!

Séjour très agréable Bonne période pour visiter cette belle région , nous disposions un appartement très bien équipé avec une chouette terrasse et surtout bien situé entre bassin et océan. Proche des commerces et de la piste cyclable donc parfait pour nous.Nous espérons revenir prochainement.
