Please view these images before considering your stay. Booked a junior suite, looked nice and roomy on website, price was competitive. The room was very very tired and dirty in various areas. Complained straight away, requested refund, not possible offered room house keeping whilst I sat and waited, then given alternative room which was much the similar. Positives, staff helpful, food satisfactory.

A beautiful hotel in a nice wooded location. Room was very nice and the food in the restaurant was very tasty too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area

Great location, friendly staff. But substandard sleeping equality: worn out matrasses,too haed pillows and no alternative pillows, duvet blankets too thin for winter, so you’re cold. Aircon dries you out at night. We had a junior suit, but in the searing/work/desk area there is no light so it’s not comfortable. Breakfast unnspiring and not great quality. Expensive for what is being served. Typical flechte: looks nice, but in comfort and cleanliness it is not as good as it looks. Had similar experience in other fletcher, so this is a brand thing (left a review of the other we stayed in too)
