Stepping into the entrance foyer of the Inn is truly a journey back to a more genial time when hospitality was prized. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches are everywhere. A handful of M&Ms or an evening cordial are all available. The lush bath towels and impossibly comfortable bed make your stay enjoyable. The next morning greets you with an excellent selection of breakfast choices and fresh coffee on the sun drenched porch or dining room. To say you will be spoiled would not be an overstatement. Doug and Jim are consummate hosts, book and enjoy!

This is a beautiful inn. The accommodations were lovely and the breakfasts were delicious. The owners couldn’t have been more gracious. We look forward to staying with them again soon.

Innkeepers are so personable and attentive. Location is perfect for leaf peeping and a little off the beaten path but close to everything. The room was very comfortable and has working windows so we could feel the crisp air. Breakfast everyday was over the top delicious. Fabulous for all your needs and wants.

Went to Devonfield Inn for our Anniversary. Very nice place. Rooms clean. Breakfast alot of choices. Doug & Jim very welcoming. Parking was alright. Restaurants a 10-minute ride to some. Glad we went.

We were back across the pond for another stay after 5 months, just can’t stay away! We were again treated to such a special stay, which is why we came back so soon. We had been dreaming about Jimmy’s breakfast all that time and flying 3,500 miles to experience ‘The Devonfield’ again, we were not disappointed. We stayed in the same room, which felt just like home. We were even treated to a dusting of snow the afternoon we arrived which made everything look magical. Visiting at a different time of year gave everything a new perspective but with the same familiar feeling of being truly taken care of. We will be back soon but for now thank you once again xx

We decided to elope at the Devonfield Inn and it will forever be one of our favorite memories. Doug and Jim are absolutely wonderful and the breakfast will make you roll out of bed in no time! Can’t wait to go back ⭐️
