房間整體很新，在樂安應該算是最好的酒店，服務也還不錯，基本有求必應。酒店淋浴房設計欠妥，沒有放衣物毛巾的地方；房間未設有小冰箱作為這個級別的酒店稍顯不足；早餐不夠豐盛，西點檔次偏低，麪點多數像超市買來現蒸的。房間茶品衹有一小包綠茶和一小包紅茶，建議可豐富。床品舒適，單純住宿仍值得推薦

回樂安探親，住的這個酒店。
定了兩間房，其中一個房間在茶水櫃枱面上擺了一雙筷子，筷子看起來是乾淨的，但是擺在枱面上整整齊齊，我是有點迷信，感覺怪怪的，正好電梯口有客房服務員，叫她們去看，客房去房間裏看了一下，拿着筷子就走了，我跟在後麪問，也不搭理我。
思來想去總覺得不舒服，然後去前台反映，前台兩三個小姑娘，不知道哪個能做主，我説了兩三遍客房已經拿走了，還跟我説客房説拿走了，要不就問我是不是我自己的，我自己的筷子還跟你們説什麼呢？
最後應該是經理出來了，給我們換房間了，兩間房一起換到樓上了。
酒店房間設施之類的還是不錯，除了這個插曲，其他的沒問題，都挺好。
