Hôtel à l'entrée d'Albi, pas loin de la voie rapide mais aucun bruit, prix très sympa pour le calme et les services fournis: wifi, Canal+, Parking gratuit, literie confortable, propreté... Je recommande !

J’ai reçu un bon accueil à mon arrivée.
J’ai été très déçu par les nuisances sonores des personnes dans l'hôtel. Très mauvaise insonorisation.
La superficie de la salle de bain était plus que limite.
Hôtel à mon sens fait juste pour une nuit.
Petit déjeuner correct pour le tarif.

Ayant réservé la chambre plus d'un mois à l'avance je m'attendais aux promesses tenues téléphoniquement. Il avait été convenu d'un tarif à 59€ et de petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Cela n'a pas été le cas, le tarif est passé à 62€ et les déjeuners pour 10€ pas de fruits, pas d'oeufs, pas de yaourts, pas de charcuteries.... La chambre propre, mais un gobelet pour deux, un jeu de serviettes pour deux, deux luminaires en panne sur quatre, pas de télécommande de climatisation. Quant à l'accueil, infantilisation de la réceptionniste qui est lourde en recommandations, allant de la peinture fraiche pas sèche à la carte magnétique sensible aux ondes du portable, qui ne savait pas malgré notre réservation notre numéro de chambre et j'en passe. N'ayant plus de place à l'hôtel d'en face je suis resté, je reviendrais pas, je souhaite pour vous que mes collègues logé dans d'autres chambres auront eu plus de chance. Point positif, le monsieur qui nous a souhaité bon appétit.
