Very clean hotel, nicely decorated. Friendly staff. The beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was good. I like that they had a free shuttle bus to and from airport when many hotels in the same price range either have shuttles with extra cost, or no shuttle at all. I would come again if I needed to stay at CDG.

The hotel has a free bus to the airport, but they didn't specify in advance that it only goes to T2. What a bummer. From T2 to T3, the three of us dragged four suitcases and walked on an outdoor road that was full of potholes and under bridges. It took us 20 minutes to get to T3. It may also be that I didn't do any research in advance. If I had known that the bus didn't go to T3, I would have taken a taxi.

The stay was terrible because one of the staff kept knocking on the door, and he eventually came into her room offering champagne to drink with him. He was basically harassing her. She said it was very uncomfortable and she was scared and therefore she couldn’t sleep at all during night. Very unprofessional.
