Very glad we found this hotel on our trek across the US on business. We were greeted with a smile and had an overall very pleasant experience. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was very good. Best bang for your buck in Le Mars!

I was impressed both by the cleanliness and the personality of this motel. It's not your normal cooky cutter hotel that all look alike on the inside. It has a throwback charm to it that is very unique. It could use a bit of paint touch up in a couple of corners and there were a few very minor chips in the furniture that just added to the charm.
The breakfast was no feast, but nice, with waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of coffees, several different cereals, and a few breads.
Just a warning, this is a love it or hate it type of place, because it isn't a huge chain cooky cutter place, but I loved it and will be back again.

Just Okay
Be prepared for WILDLY BRIGHT retro colors on the walls. The colors were not very relaxing really, but I know the wall colors did not dictate whether or not I was comfortable or could sleep. Bed was comfortable enough, but there was so much hallway light coming in from all around the door. It was a little unnerving to think the door wasn't very tight (or maybe even secure), and it was hard to fall asleep because there was so much light coming in. I did sleep, but was kind of glad to leave the next morning. The guy at the front desk seemed nice, and I'm grateful for the place to rest that night, but I probably won't be back.

Lovely Quite Small Town
Quite pleasant stay and kids loved the breakfast. I would stay here again. My only negative was the cleaning staff knocking on my door to get me to check out sooner even with the no service hanging on the door. Heads up don't sleep in - you'll get a wake up call.
Highly recommend checking out the ice cream parlor downtown. Beautiful town!

Price was right!
Motel was an older bldg that had been basically repainted. Exceedingly vibrant colors that tried to cover up the wear and tear of years of use.
Workmanship very poor. The AC worked well and was quiet when running along with no traffic noise!

Great Motel
Our arrival was very late and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a surprise. Not just bagels and cereal. They had cheese omelettes, sausage and a waffle maker. The price was inexpensive for such a nice place. Wish I had taken pictures.
