I had a great stay except for a couple things. My c-pap machine didn't work because the outlet by the bed was too loose. The desk attendant (with a smile) came last night and got my stuck shade down. All the front desk people have been great except this morning. To check out I approached the first person who was very friendly and told me she was housekeeping so go to other girl. The other girl had a terribly grumpy face and no smile. I checked out and all she said was "receipt?" No smile. As I walked out housekeeping said to have a great day nothing from attendant. I left with a smile because of housekeeping

Desk in room had NO outlets for a laptop, headboard lights and outlets on bed frame didn’t work. Door hinge was bent so door took 3 minutes to close on its own. Signs of water damage around tub/shower.

Great hotel! We were visiting town for Risefest in Sheldon and found LeMars to be a beautiful place to stay overnight - that coincidentally had their own Ice Cream Festival going on the same weekend. Lovely grounds, extremely spacious rooms and service you'd expect from a luxury hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Room and hotel was nice and clean. I didn't care for the Keurig (sp) coffe pods in the room but the coffee in the lobby was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Great place to stay! Didn’t get enough towels so had to ask for more! Receptionist seemed a bit upset about that. Otherwise good experience!

Couple day stay
Stayed for a couple days during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Everything was great but my only complaint is no hot tub. It’s in the pictures but is no longer at the hotel

I was greeted with a smile and check in was very easy and quick. The room was immaculate and the temperature was perfect. Great atay and will stay again.
