Le Bonheur. nov. 2024 • couples Quel établissement, mieux serait insuportable.. c'est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons dans cette belle maison, magnifique à tous les étages, un moment à part où l'ont se sent bien. Entre le bistrot Basalte, un régal et la table 1 étoile, qui pourrait bien en recevoir une seconde ce qui ne serait pas usurpé, et maintenant une boulangerie, voici un excellent moment à passer. Très bel hôtel à la décoration moderne et raffinée. Une belle literie, un douche xxl, de bons produits associés. Le 2 dames qui assurent le ménage sont charmantes et professionnelles. Bref un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits. Nous regagnons notre Corse demain matin avec des étoiles dans notre mémoire. Le patron est non seulement doué, très doué même et extrêmement sympathique, son équipe est à son image. Bref , un séjour qui va en appeler d’autres

Tout n’est qu’attentions. Beaucoup de soin porté aux petits plaisirs (jusqu’aux jumelles sur la table du petit-déjeuner pour apprécier le vol de l’aigle depuis son nid) d’un séjour appelé à rester en mémoire. Surclassement proposé d’emblée. Merci. Juste parfait.

Un très belle endroit , tres bien accueilli, hotel magnifique ,la vue est magnifique, vue sur l'auvergne de notre chambre et aux restaurant, grande chambre propre et confortable , apéro sur la terrasse et aux restaurant les plats sont excellent le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet magnifique séjours.

Escapade auvergnate Très belle surprise culinaire bien au dessus d'un restaurant 1 étoile. Il est très surprenant que le Guide Michelin n'ait pas encore attribué une 2ème étoile à Adrien Descouls : cuisine subtile et originale, maîtrise parfaite des cuissons et association réussi de différentes saveurs..... Très jolie salle de restaurant au top avec une vue magnifique ! L'accueil d'Adrien Descouls est chaleureux et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir échanger avec ce jeune chef motivé et entreprenant. Belle chambre panoramique avec une vue sublime Encore bravo à toute l'équipe Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute et avons hâte de découvrir la nouvelle terrasse.....

Beautiful room, decorated with care and sobriety, superb view. Separate WC, Italian shower, double sink, super comfortable bedding, panoramic view. Nespresso coffee maker available on the landing and very welcoming. For us the only downsides are that the rooms are located under the restaurant room, so some noise unless you have the pleasure of dining in this superb restaurant...and there is a lack of a tall wardrobe or a coat rack...because in winter in the region it is better to cover up a little. Located on the panoramic plateau of the village, very pretty view of the old medieval village.
