Horrible très mauvais acceuil répère de malfrats trafic et bruits incessant toutes la 'nuit j'ai signalé a la réception et pour finir des punaises de lit qui mon conduit a m hôpital je suis habitué a réserver via Booking je croit que je vais y retourner pour éviter ce manque de contrôle chez vous svp éviter d' envoyer des clients dans cette hôtel je transmets l alerte au groupe accord et j'aimerais être remboursé cordialement

A fuir. Un hôtel vieux, non fonctionnel, matelas usés dont on sent les ressorts, odeurs de cigarette dans les chambres, et la cerise sur la gâteau était le petit déjeuner, pauvre et les viennoiseries mauvaises, je n'avais jamais vu un tel niveau de tous les ibis budgets que j'ai visités jusqu'ici. C'est honteux de la part du groupe Accor.

Do not stay at this hotel! It is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Upon arrival receptionist hardly said anything to us and handed our keys (we though we were getting joining rooms as we booked as a family…. We didn’t) My first reaction when entering the room was that I couldn’t stay here. Me and my family didn’t feel safe here and we checked out after an hour and booked another hotel. Receptionist didn’t care and didn’t ask why we were checking out so early! Pretty sure the place is used for shady people to do bad things!

Chambre fréquentée très régulièrement par des fumeurs, traces de cigarettes sur le rebord de fenêtre et dans la salle de bain. Odeur pestilentielle de tabac , chambre très mal entretenue , moisissure dans la salle de bain , détecteur de fumé bouché avec du papier ... Cette chambre est une honte au niveau sécurité , et je ne vais pas manquer de faire de la publicité avec photo à l'appuie. Le petit dej plus que passable ... Environnement très bruyant à partir de 5h du matin , environnement de l’hôtel très sale.
