Horrible très mauvais acceuil répère de malfrats trafic et bruits incessant toutes la 'nuit j'ai signalé a la réception et pour finir des punaises de lit qui mon conduit a m hôpital je suis habitué a réserver via Booking je croit que je vais y retourner pour éviter ce manque de contrôle chez vous svp éviter d' envoyer des clients dans cette hôtel je transmets l alerte au groupe accord et j'aimerais être remboursé cordialement

Do not stay at this hotel! It is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Upon arrival receptionist hardly said anything to us and handed our keys (we though we were getting joining rooms as we booked as a family…. We didn’t) My first reaction when entering the room was that I couldn’t stay here. Me and my family didn’t feel safe here and we checked out after an hour and booked another hotel. Receptionist didn’t care and didn’t ask why we were checking out so early! Pretty sure the place is used for shady people to do bad things!

The room is dirty all the hair on the bathroom drain the bathroom look disgusting. The room a bit hot the air conditioning temperature control is not work.....
The breakfast............ You can see and what you get so if gone is gone......... They will back tomorrow morning.......
