Very bad. I have the confirmation of my reservation with completed payment. The charge was in my bank account, but the hotel says they did not receive said payment from you and I had to pay again, so I request clarification and reimbursement. They told me that I had suffered fraud on their part and that I should report it.
The situation was very unpleasant and a very bad experience of which I share with you.
I showed both the confirmation from Trip and from my bank.
I hope they clarify this situation as soon as possible.

Really well-kept and relaxing place. Great for a couple's stay. Kind and attentive staff. It also offers some activities related to meditation and yoga. Great restaurant facing the sea. The only flaw is the mandatory 15% tip on any service. A fall in style in my opinion when we arrived for check in, not having the taxi driver to change 500 pesos and not even accepting the card for payment, I asked the hotel who lent me 200 pesos. Asking to put them on my account on the room they recharged the cost by 15%.

First time in Holbox. But I absolutely feel in love with this place. The hotel was I big part of it! The service all around was excellent. The personal was more then helpful to advise on trips and things to do and how to do. A big thanks to the total we will be back!

Amazing hotel in Holbox! Probably the best Everything is great with this hotel, booking was easy at arrival we were greeted by Erick who ahowed us the hotel surroundings and our room. (treehouse) We came to disconnect, and this hotel certainly helps doing that. The first day I was told they don’t sell soda at the botel because is a wellness hotel. Far fome conolaining I found this opportunity to disconnect from my not healthy habit of drinking cola. The service, the detail in the attention (feels great you are called by your name). The restaurant is amazing: everything we tried was spectacular we were served by Cristy, Daniela, Victor and Isai…to each of them a big thank you! The room was great, although the restroom is a little small we ended up loving it. The outside shower is great!! We cannot say enough good things about this hotel…we will come back sooner than later!

Nômade Temple Holbox was more magical that I anticipated. I was looking for a rejuvenating trip by myself after a big transition in my life and this special hotel fit the bill! I loved sitting in the open dining pavilion and looking out at the sea. The food and drinks were great. It's very chill. The wellness activities were surprisingly good. And the staff were so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Eric, Jedier and Christie. Can't wait to come back!
