Nach zwei einwöchigen Aufenthalten vor Ostern 2024 und 2025 waren wir auf unserer Radtour durch die Niederlande für eine Nacht hier untergebracht. Es ist immer wieder eine Freude, mit welchem Enthusiasmus das Team um Rieks und Anne Theo Gerdes das Logement und das Restaurant betreiben. Ob bei der Ankunft, beim Frühstück oder Abendessen, immer wird man hier freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und bedient. Das Schierzicht Logement ist wirklich ein einzigartiger Ort zum Übernachten. Auch der Erweiterungsbau mit seiner Longe im Obergeschoss (Blick auf das Lauwersmeer) bietet zusätzlich bestens ausgestattete Zimmer. Andrea, Udo und unsere Freundin Beate

Prettig verbleven bij dit verblijf. Alles top voor mekaar, alles is aanwezig. Goede service. Lekker ontbijt. Ruimte om de auto en fietsen veilig te parkeren.

Mooi en verzorgd hotel. Hygiene, alles was netjes en proper. Pluspunt, gratis thee en koffie aan de receptie. Fietstalling met oplaadpunt aanwezig. Privé parking achterkant hotel was praktisch om te gebruiken. Heel lekker ontbijt. Enkel positieve ervaring aan dit hotel overgehouden.

Die Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet; absolut freundliches Personal und ein modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen überzeugen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten zu Unternehmungen im nahen Umkreis. Das zugehörige Restaurant punktet mit sehr leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen. Für einen entspannten Start in den Tag ist das Frühstücksbuffet eine Empfehlung wert. Eine Unterkunft die definitiv zu empfehlen ist.

Gewoon goed! Je wil een goede ontvangst, dat kregen we. Je verwacht een goed bed, je krijgt een goed bed. Je wil lekker douchen, je kunt lekker douchen. Je wilt rust, dat is er. Je wilt een goed en schoon hotel, ook dat was geregeld. Daarbij een prachtig uitzicht op de haven en waddenzee. Gewoon bestaat nog, zelfs met wat extra. Aan te bevelen en kom zeker zelf ook nog eens terug.

Schierzicht is my go to place to stay when working in Lauwersoog. The accomodation is very clean and well maintained, rooms and facilities are great. The staff are fantastic and always make you feel welcome. The inhouse restaurant makes fresh food which is also very nice. A hidden gem of a hotel in a great location.

We just had one night at the hotel, we were greeted by the owner son who was very friendly. We stayed at the hotel that evening and had snacks in the common room, which was wonderful after a long days drive. Our breakfast was amazing. In the morning, it was very easy to get the ferry. The hotel is very well situated and very clean. I wish we had more time to explore the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
