Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast! No warm/cook options available for breakfast at all tho. Just fruit, cold cuts, yogurt, muesli and drinks. We received a free pass for public transportation too. No AC available tho.

The staff were so friendly!  I like when people smile  It was great and fully booked for the days! I got to stay one night and am satisfied! Thank you!

It was ok I guess. However, guests should be put into rooms with people in similar age.

Overall, it was a good experience—the reception staff, cleaners, and chefs were welcoming, and the room was clean. The only issues were that the room was cold, and the WiFi was weak and unstable (5 nights in Feb 2025, Room 22x). I gave 5 stars for location, cleanliness, and service, and 3 stars for facilities.

The location is near to the CIO, but a bit far from train station, and the WiFi is not good when my room is far from the lobby. The quality of facilities and service are wonderful!

I have to say that as a traveler, this is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. It is not only about the cleanliness and comfort of the environment, but also about the overall quality of the building. The floor design is very inspiring, simple and open, and the balcony design is cleverly used. only one thing isn't good: provide dinner in the hotel restaurant isn't good.

I always book here when travelling to Lausanne. Recommended

A great location with easy access to bus, and free 24 hour travel card provided with stay! Delicious and filling breakfast with vegan options widely available, amazing!

1/There is no locker in the room or outside for travelers. 2/ Also, there is no pantry for self-cooking and making tea or drinks. 3/ It is only the microwave and a little kettle on the small table 4/ The socket in the room is limited, no individual lighting and charger for your USB mobile or notebook. 5/ No fan or air-con in the rooms.

A good choice for saving money in Lausanne, a little distance from the city, so it's quite quiet, and there's a bus stop next to it, so it's quite convenient. I didn't see an elevator, so it's not recommended if you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast is simple, but it's acceptable considering the prices in Switzerland.

The hostel is far from the city center, plus there was too much waiting for check-in after a long journey, the receptionist was unpleasant: not even smiling and did not answer questions, the positive side is the breakfast!
