Basic room, good service, good breakfast, great location for a day in Lausanne

The hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.

Very good hotel, good coffee machine, comfortable bed. Btw, they offered slippers!

Stay this hotel for more than four times  the best in the city no doubt

The hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

The room is clean and nice

Reception was very polite. Took the time to give advice and informations, even at late hour at night. I forgot things in the room, while I was staying there. They reacted after my call and ordered a delivery in short notice. Room had a nice view and very nice to work in. I would definitely book again.

Very nice location and great staff and also good food as well

Here is an important tip for family travel. Even if you select the child's information in the Ctrip booking system, all rooms in this hotel with two beds or one large bed will be required to charge 80 euros per night for the child to add a bed, one bed per person! Because they said that their booking system only has the information of two adults, two beds or a large bed room cannot include a third young person (over 6 years old) and the child they refer to as free is for babies. This is the worst hotel service and high extra charges we have experienced in Switzerland. We argued at the front desk for about an hour, and finally found their hotel manager and immediately contacted Ctrip officials to coordinate and resolve the issue. We must praise Ctrip's quick response and the caring service of the housekeeper. The problem solving is very powerful, which adds confidence to the situation of other hotels we will stay in. In addition, the hotel hygiene is so-so. There are only two bottles of water when you check in (not added every day), and the water cups are not replaced. It is not recommended for family travel! ! ! Note: This hotel is not a Ctrip-operated hotel, but a hotel with an agent in the middle, so it is understood that the agent's understanding is wrong.

I have stayed here many times. The location is very ideal. It is very good. Take the train directly to Lausanne Train Station after getting off the plane, and then transfer to Metro to Ouchy. The restaurant on the first floor is very good. Don't forget to try their ice cream🍦. Thumbs up to the customer service lady of Ctrip👍

The room was very clean and nice, slippers were provided. The TV was big and the windows could be opened for ventilation. The breakfast was very very rich.

High cost performance, this hotel is considered large in Switzerland, and the price is reasonable. The location is excellent, close to the lake and the Olympic Museum. The hotel will give free bus tickets, which is very humane.
