V Wanchai Serviced Apartment Reviews

The room was awful. Dirty, smelly carpet, worn-out bedding with lumpy pillows, and super thin walls. I hardly slept. The “amenities” were a joke. Slow Wi-Fi, a tiny, moldy bathroom with low water pressure.

Stayed this place twice in April, 6 days each time. Location is very convenient. It is very close to HKCEC. There are lots restaurants nearby. Room is clean and big. Front desk George is very friendly and very helpful. Will stay here next time for sure.

Had a great stay at V Wanchai Serviced Apartments. Even though I arrived a bit late for check-in, they waited for me and I was able to get into my room without any problems. The room was spacious, clean and had all amenities needed for a 2 weeks stay, including a little kitchen. The daily cleaning was great, and the overall service was fantastic. Special thanks to George at this point! The accommodation does not have a pool or a gym, but with the promenade, a public pool, a climbing gym and some hiking trails nearby, there are enough opportunities for a little exercise. The location is fantastic, close to the exhibition center and Wan Chai, there are many restaurants around.

serviced apartment so no great expectations on service but the staff made it very easy - concierge at friont desk in lobby coudln't have been more helpful on several different requests and accommodated any schedule for daily room cleaning.

Good but busy area and no view

The hotel is located in Wan Chai, about 6-8 minutes' walk from the MTR station. However, as it is located on an inner street and there are no eye-catching landmarks nearby, the entrance is easily missed and it takes more time to find it. The hotel is actually a serviced apartment with two units per floor. There are fewer rooms and fewer guests coming and going. There is a lock at the door and entry and exit requires confirmation from the front desk. The room is larger than other hotels, with a simple and stylish design. It is quite comfortable and has a kitchen with utensils and a microwave, so guests can cook their own meals. The bathroom has two large sinks and a bathtub, which is more attractive to travelers who love bathing. Please note that there is no telephone in the room. If you need additional utensils or housekeeping services, you need to go to the front desk on the basement to notify them, which is quite inconvenient. Moreover, the hotel does not have a fitness room, laundry room or restaurant services. If necessary, guests need to meet the relevant needs by themselves.

Because I was doing business in China Resources Building, I booked a nearby room on Ctrip 20 days in advance. The hotel secretly changed the room to Causeway Bay. Later, I learned from the other party that they had sent a notice through the Ctrip customer service system. I didn't care, and took a taxi to Causeway Bay with my children and big suitcases. I was refused by three taxis. It was a very unpleasant accommodation experience! I have to say that your hotel should at least call me to inform me of the change of hotel address! I can also change to another nearby place to stay! Seriously bad review!

I originally planned to stay for only one week, but I had to extend my stay for another week due to work needs. I am still very satisfied. The extension procedures are very convenient. The staff on day and night shifts are very helpful. I am especially grateful to the night shift attendant who took good care of me and cared about my daily necessities needs in the room. I am very grateful to her 🤣 I will definitely stay again next time if I need it. I am very satisfied with the supporting facilities 👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you for your trouble and hard work! I really don’t want to leave, haha!

During the Wan Chai conference, hotels were in short supply. This one was within 10 minutes' walk, cheap and good value, and large in size, making it more suitable for mainland business travelers. I recommend it again.

The place is easy to find, very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, you can get there by walking through the skywalk, it is really suitable for people who go to the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel is very spacious (for Hong Kong)

Overall good, but maybe because there is a top eating stove once you enter the room there is a hot pot smell, and the shower water is not big enough

The room is quite big for Hong Kong. There is a microwave and induction cooker in the room, so you can make some simple food yourself. There is also a supermarket nearby for shopping. Overall it is not bad.

The room is very big in Hong Kong. The bathroom is big and you can cook. The location is also very good. Toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral water, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer are all provided. Many hotels in Hong Kong do not provide toiletries. Although it is a serviced apartment, the sanitation is very clean. Check-out is at 12:00, which is one hour later than some hotels. No breakfast is provided. The MTR Wan Chai Station and the Convention and Exhibition Center Station can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants around. It is very close to Huasao Ice House. There are tea restaurants, food stalls and McDonald's around. The accommodation level of the same price in Hong Kong is very good.
