A cozy and warm place to stay in Banff! The location is really good, and the room is well-cleaned. All the people there are nice and willing to help. We have great time there :)

Checking in took a long time and wasn’t hassle-free. Location was excellent. Breakfast selection specially the coffee was mediocre.

I stayed one night at the hotel where Goblin was filmed! The famous postbox, elevator, everything was luxurious and it was a wonderful hotel!

Banff town is suitable for long-term stay. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The service is really nice. The luggage guy at night is really handsome. The room is of a good size. The air conditioner is a little noisy, which is acceptable. The location is good. It is quiet in the bustling area. There is a hotel-exclusive parking garage.

Excellent hotel, good service. It is located right in the city center within walking distance to all places of entertainment and recreation. The only negative is that it is not indicated that parking must be paid separately, but this does not spoil the impression, there is also a swimming pool and a sauna with a jacuzzi, I advise everyone to visit

The room is clean and there is an underground parking lot, which costs 14 Canadian dollars per night. The location is OK.
