Location was fantastic being right by Tokyo tower and offering some amazing views. The room was amazing and comfortable. We also had the breakfast which was nice and included a small buffet. Customer service could be a touch better with room service forgetting to bring us some things we needed but all in all this is a fantastic hotel!

There was a nice view and a large room. Breakfast was provided as a semi-buffet, and we were arranged to sit outside the restaurant, like in the lobby, an awful experience.

We stayed for three days. My son and I have rashes after our stay. Except the location, the service is just fair, you can have many other better choices at this price.

Very amazing property - beautiful Tokyo Tower View room. The hotel has a nice restaurant / patio area that also overlooks the Tokyo Tower. Close to Metro station too!
