4 Seasons at Beech Mountain

This hotel was filthy and smelt of mold. The door to the lobby did not work well and the door to the bathroom didn't work at all, the lamps in room didn't work either. Restaurant on site permanently closed and no staff after 3pm. No AC which is listed in website but also no fans available.

The offer of customer service was lacking, at best. But the dated room was a once-in-a-lifetime two level suite that we absolutely adored. adored. .

Didnt stay for very long because we only needed overnight accomodations. The woman who called me to verify our arrival time and make sure we knew what to do for after hours checkin was very kind and helpful. Great customer service.

4 Seasons at Beech Mountain No air-conditioning. You can open windows and use the provided box fan, but it is hot when you first get back after a day out. Nice kitchenette. Spiral staircase to the bedroom of my suite was inconvenient. Property is older and not recently renovated.

Bare bones basics Given that we made our reservation on short notice, for one night only, this was the most budget friendly option available for my wife and me in the area. The exterior gives you the feel of a quaint mountain Bavarian chalet. However, it was apparent that their is little attention paid to the details of landscaping. While there is no air condition, sleeping was comfortable with the window open and fans running. 4 Seasons is extremely functional. If you are looking for a place to lay your head at night, it will do the job. Also, it is a budget friendly location to stay with kids, as the larger units easily sleep six people. The frig, oven/stove, sink, and dishwasher would also allow for meal prep. This is a true case of getting what you pay for. The best word to describe the hotel is dated. However, the ownership dropping the required cash to update the hotel would also lead to a much higher price point. It does the job without any extra frills.

Mountain get away The place is definitely worn. However, we were very comfortable with a large space - 2 bathrooms, 2 beds and sleeper sofa as well as small kitchen. Location within Beech Mountain is ideal. There is no AC but I knew that going in. They provided box fans and we were able to keep the room reasonably cool despite the temps outside being close to 80. Overall an okay stay just don’t expect an experience like a high end hotel
