"We spent two nights in this hotel! The apartment was big, excellent equipped with a kitchen, one balcony and two terraces with a whirl pool, next to the big pool of the hotel! The breakfast was good and the location os a very good starting point to discover Agios Nikolaos and the mointain villages line Kritsa or the Lassithi Plateau! We really enjoyed the stay!"
Minos Palace Resort
"Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor."
Elounda Heights (Adults Only)
"Just when you think Elounda Heights cannot possibly get any better - in 2026 it does just that! The same friendly service, customer focus and attention to detail that other hotels can only dream of are still there and make every visit enjoyable and totally relaxing. This year has seen the addition of the new luxury Spinalonga and Mirabello properties. 10 new suites with private pools and beautiful unparalleled views across to Spinalonga and Mirabello. These new properties are a spectacular addition to an already wonderful hotel. Thank you again to Natalia and Kostas and the whole Elounda Heights family (they are much more that a team!). See you again next year :-)"
Elounda Orama by Ghh
"From the moment we arrived , we were greeted by the lovely Kostas . A warm , friendly welcome. He took us to our room that had a lovely spacious balcony with a view of Elounda bay . This hotel has wonderful staff including the amazing, very hardworking Sophia who seems to be everywhere . The Standard rooms are clean , however they are needing an upgrade . The Superior rooms have been done and are beautiful . Nothing can beat the location of this hotel, across the road , down the steps and on to the most beautiful bay ."
Elounda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa - Adults Only
"Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!"
Elounda Gulf Villas by Sandglass
"We just finished a week stay with my pregnant wife and 2.5 year old daughter. As with any holiday with a toddler there are inevitably ups and downs and the EGV team couldn’t have been more considerate, helpful and caring. The chef made delicious off menu pasta and omelettes for our daughter and Athina was incredibly sweet and sensitive at the kids club, doing painting and Easter crafts. George made superb cocktails and mocktails for us and some fresh strawberries for our daughter and Constantinos and the restaurant team couldn’t have been more supportive. Maria and the front desk team were lovely and had lots of very helpful advice and we didn’t have any of the additional charges that other guests have spoken of with the previous management. The lovely warm pool with our room was at no extra charge and the views from it were spectacular. I’d also recommend the beautiful trail walk around the opposite peninsula - Spinalogkas. It’s totally unspoiled and has such a magical feel to it. We had a great trip and would come back again."
Moncasa Suites
"The hotel was very comfortable and very close to the port. I would come back without hesitation"
Enorme Santanna Beach
"I booked a superior swim up room thinking of being able to enjoy the view lying at the pool. There was no shade at all after midday. No umbrella. I left. Reception very friendly. Dinner was average."
South Coast

Afroditi Apartments
"This hotel is a true home away from home. To be honest, everything was lovely. My husband and I are world travelers and this hotel is one of our best experiences. We have stayed in both the standard and deluxe apartments, Any choice is wonderful. The couple who run the hotel are truly kind and genuinely helpful people. Our stay was so wonderful that we will be returning this year for the third visit. Having been to a dozen different destinations in Greece, this has truly been OUR favorite! "
New Aurora Apts Studios
Kitro Beach Hotel - Adults Only
"A very good hotel ideally located and very quiet. I had a very decent economy room with side sea view. Small but well appointed bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast is taken on a very pleasant terrace which overlooks the sea, it is very diverse and generous, the only downside is the industrial orange juice 🍊 which stands out with the other much more qualitative products. Very pleasant staff. To recommend"
El Greco Hotel
"Small hotel located by the sea with direct access to the beach. Lovely spacious, comfortable and clean suite with a beautiful view of the sea. Good bedding and very good buffet breakfast. We had an excellent stay there.."

Castello Village Resort
"Lovely scenery, a local shop, Paul Wright by outside the front door"
The Island Concept Luxury Boutique Hotel Heated Pool
"Superb 7-night stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect, we had the Paros suite which is simply exceptional. Everything is well decorated, simple, very stylish, and spotlessly clean. The small private beach is also very pleasant. We had dinner every evening in the hotel which is worth the detour with a great Italian chef who makes perfect Greek dishes. The staff is always kind, always available to help or find solutions. Everything is calm here, everything is zen. Special mention to Maria, our bar-woman who gave us great advice on wines, especially the Codex white wine. But all the staff is really great, whether at reception or in the restaurant, their kindness is always a pleasure. We will definitely come back."
Mirabella Apartments
"Nice view from the property. But kitchen bar area needs upgrading. Breakfast was disappointing as all food offered was processed (the ham, cheese, bread, pastries nothing was fresh. Crete has nice bread, tomatoes, good produce in general but the breakfast was mainly from Lidl unfortunately. We would not recommend or stay there again as the information provided was very misleading."
Tylissos Beach Hotel - Adults Only
"My husband and I spent a week at this hotel. Overall rating: 8/10. The journey from the airport took two hours, and we had to transfer from the coach to a car along the way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling staff. This is the greatest asset of this place: everyone is smiling, friendly, and eager to help. There's a very family atmosphere, and special thanks to Rania, a very warm and welcoming person. The hotel has been renovated, the room is nice, the pool—there's really nothing to complain about. The food is very tasty—Greek. The sweets were delicious; it was impossible to control ourselves! However, a few things require attention: Needing peace and quiet, we chose an adults-only hotel. What good is that if the hotel is for adults, but the beach isn't? Imagine our surprise when we discovered that the adults' area was on one side, and on the other, someone from outside the hotel had booked a sunbed with a small child. After all, everyone was using the beach and sunbeds, and suddenly, children appeared. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; upon entering the room, we were given two 0.5-liter bottles, and that was it. Of course, you can drink water from the available dispensers or buy one 1.5-liter bottle from the shop downstairs for 2 euros. You can't refill bottles from the dispensers. We ended up buying two cases of water from the shop and lugging it to our room. Water is available on tables in the dining room. Another issue is beach towels; a 15-euro deposit is not a problem, but if you need to replace them during your stay, it costs 3 euros. There's no beach bar (although it was included in the package price); all drinks had to be brought from the main bar in the building. To sum up, it's a nice place, a great holiday, but we won't be returning."
Elounda Residence Resort & Waterpark
"My wife and I just absolutely adore the serenity of Elounda. Price & Quality is this hotel a true gem! Situated higher up on the mountain, giving you an excellent viewpoint and an unforgettable sunrise experience. The hotel offers a variety of food in buffet style. Besides the main restaurant, we enjoyed the more intimate Raki & Meze Tavern in the hotel or their Greek Grill Restaurant. The All Inclusive package is easy and fair. The staff are really friendly. I would recommend to rent a car if you are an adventerous person. This makes it way easier to go out and do some proper sight-seeing. There are many activities, beaches, small villages and delicous taverns to discover. We feel like this is not the last time that we will be visiting this hotel and this view."
Ariadne Beach - Adults Only
"We're here now at the Ariadne Beach in Agios Nikolaos and can honestly say it's exceeded all expectations. The hotel is lovely, peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the staff. Every member of the team goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and looked after. A special mention must go to Maria on reception, who is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Taranis at the pool bar is fantastic, and the restaurant team – Stavros, George and Manolis – are always smiling, attentive and a real credit to the hotel. The facilities are excellent, with two great pools, plenty of sunbeds and no need to rush out early to reserve one. The whole hotel has a calm, relaxed atmosphere which makes for a genuinely enjoyable holiday. The food is another highlight. There's a fantastic selection every day, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes and a wide range of delicious desserts. The quality and variety has been consistently impressive throughout our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a great location, excellent facilities and, most importantly, outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. I would not hesitate to recommend it and, for the first time ever, it is a hotel I would happily return to in the future."
Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort Crete Curio Collection by Hilton
"Stayed here for a week half board in May 2026. On our arrival at around 9.30 at night the welcome was standard meet and greet and we were shown to our room quite promptly after a welcome drink and being told you can find all the information needed about the site by scanning the QR code provided. Got connected to site WiFi and took it from there. Our room (3005) was a short walk from reception and was well appointed for wardrobe space, a mini bar with fridge as well as robes, slippers etc. Walk in shower and dual sinks - again pretty standard room facilities. No complimentary tea/coffee which we normally expect for this price range room/hotel. Room was serviced daily and very clean with bottled water supplied each day. One issue we only discovered on the second last afternoon while sitting outside was drain smell and discovered a man hole adjacent to the small patio area. Could be an issue as hotter weather prevails. No point asking for a move as only 2 nights to go. Found the breakfast restaurant Tamarisk in morning to be down by the pool and beach area. A nice e size of restaurant with plenty tables both inside and out. Choice in the restaurant is good with plenty of fresh and cooked food as well as coffee machines. Sometimes you are offered coffee at your table then the next day you need to get your own so not sure what the policy really was. Tables appeared to be cleaned as people left and never seemed rushed during our stay. The main pool area is quite nice and served by the pool Mare Mare bar. Sun beds are comfortable but the parasols are fixed and can't be moved. Wasn't really an issue as there was plenty of room between them but beds were quite stubborn to move. Towels were pretty much self serve from a small desk. Never saw a dedicated pool attendant or life guard the whole week. Service for drinks is old school - either go up to bar or wave at the staff. Think they might have been in process of upgrading to QR on the day we left which nowadays is pretty normal at 5 star. Despite when booking with our travel partner it was noted that the Menoa a la carte restaurant would be open from 20/4 we were told on day 2 that it would not be open during our stay and dinner would we served buffet style at Tamarisk. Dinner service from 7pm was okay but not outstanding. Food - options changed little over the week with some of the meat dishes suffering from the buffet style - pork dishes dry, chicken overcooked and also dry but lamb and oxtail dishes were very nice on ond evening. Veg and other options were fairly standard offerings. Drinks - water offered at table for €4/bottle and wine at varying prices. First night we asked for a sauvigon blanc at €33/bottle only to be told out of stock and offered alternative at €48. Start of a season and drinks on list out of stock wasnt a great sign. Went with the pricier bottle and told they could not keep the bottle if we didn't finish it for us but we were welcome to take it away to our room and anothe"
